Quite some time ago, here on the blog I used to do a Styling Series, which you can go back and check out here. I’m not sure why I stopped doing this series, because I know I enjoyed it! So I decided to bring it back!
They aren’t anything fancy, but they do take some work to put together, mainly because I’m very picky, and because I like to post links to the products so y’all don’t have trouble searching the web. You know, in case you like something! 😉
So this time around I’m showing you how I would style an outfit around a floppy hat. I’m obsessed with hats, especially this time of year. And let’s not forget, they are a quick fix if you’re in a hurry and don’t have time to wash or style your hair!
Casual
Aside from leggings, a pair of loose boyfriend jeans are super comfy and add a bit of grunginess to an outfit if they are distressed. Paired with this cute flannel and super comfy slip-ons, you’ve got a great casual outfit put together. Throw on some studs and a chunky watch and you’re good to go! Perfect for a day date, running errands, or a lazy day.
Daytime Glam
Not all of us can wear trendy clothes to work, but this outfit is great for a weekend full of shopping, perhaps out to the movies, even for a family gathering. The colored jeggings are a nice change from regular denim and the olive top and faux fur vest add a cozy feel. Add on some booties, a tote and watch and off you go!
Night Out
Look at those over the knee boots! Aren’t they perfection, let’s not forget the jacket! The LBD would look amazing styled with a long gold necklace and ear jackets. Throw in a fun printed clutch and you’re ready to hit the town!
Are you into wearing hats? How would you describe your style?
