I can not believe today is the last day of September?! So you know what that means…monthly favorites!
One of my favorite posts to do and one of my favorites to read as well.
Hope you enjoy this quick little post.
September Favorites
The Balm Time Balm Cucumber Face Toner
I’ve been using this toner for about a month now, maybe a little bit longer, and I really love it. I use it everyday after washing my face and it leaves my skin feeling so fresh, and it doesn’t dry out my skin. The only thing I’m not too fond of is the smell, it’s supposed to be a cucumber scent, but all I smell is pickles! I like pickles, but not THAT much! Good thing the smell doesn’t linger, or I definitely wouldn’t use it.
Michael Todd Jojoba Charcoal Facial Scrub
I got this in an Ipsy bag not long ago and I absolutely LOVE it! My skin is super sensitive, so when I try new products that don’t take well with my skin I break out in a rash. Not with this scrub! I use it 1-2 times a week, no more than that. I will definitely be trying out more products from this brand.
Almay Lip Balm in Apple A Day
I purchased two of these a few weeks back and have really enjoyed wearing this color a lot. It’s not the most pigmented lip balm, but I really like it because it’s super moisturizing, gives a good tint of color, and it smells like sugar cookies!!
MAC ProLongwear Concealer
I’ve always loved MAC concealers, they have to be some of my favorites. I have worn this one every single time I’ve worn makeup this past month. If you are looking for something longwearing and something that won’t crease under your eyes, this is the product for you!
The Balm Frat Boy Blush
If you can’t already tell, I love The Balm! This blush is the perfect peachy, pink satin finish color…and it’s very pigmented. If you have not tried anything from The Balm, you HAVE to…what are you waiting for?!?
Sigma F80 Flat Kabuki Brush
My Beauty Blender has not had a lot of love this month because of this baby. I love everything about Sigma brushes, they don’t shed, they are super soft, and amazing quality.
The Balm Shady Lady Eyeshadow in Luscious Lani
This was gifted to me by a family member, and I have fallen in love with this eyeshadow. It’s a great shimmery champagne color, perfect for the tear duct or all over the eye lid.
Rimmel Scandaleyes Eyeliner in Nude
I really like using this eyeliner in my waterline, it stays put all day long! I can see myself having to buy another of these bad boys pretty soon. The only thing I don’t like about it, is that it has to be sharpened, and I feel like I waste a lot of product every time I sharpen it. Is it just me or do y’all feel the same?
The Balm Meet Matte Eyeshadow Palette
Another product from The Balm…yes, indeed it is. Can you tell how much I just adore their products. I purchased this a long time ago by mistake. They have this palette and another one called Meet Matte Nude…I purchased this one thinking it was the nude edition, but I’m glad it was this one. I love a good matte eyeshadow, I think everyone needs a good matte eyeshadow palette in their collection.
So that about sums it up for my September favorites!
What were your favorites for the month of September?
Until next time!
