Fall…it seems to be everyone’s favorite time of the year! The heat settles down, the cool air breezes in, it’s time to wear all the cozy things and eat all of the pumpkin spice possible. We update everything else in our lives, so why not update your beauty routine for Fall too? The dry air can be a bit harsh on our skin, so it’s essential to start prepping for even colder weather NOW, with these simple steps.

Be Mindful of Water Temps

Trust me, I know a hot bath/shower sounds heavenly when it’s freezing out…but hot water is unfortunately really stressful on our skin, especially our face. Overly hot water increases circulation to your face which disrupts our natural oil balance, causing dehydration AND our oil production to kick into overdrive which can lead to acne.
