Summer Beauty Essentials
This year has been insane…and to top it off, we have to wear masks most of the time. If you are an avid makeup lover like I am, wearing a masks rubs off your makeup. No need to worry about that, the following Summer beauty essentials are perfect to wear under a mask.
In order to keep makeup in place, you need a good primer. My current go-to has been the Tarte Shape Tape Pore & Prime Balm — it’s perfect if you have large pores, it doesn’t make you oily…helping makeup stay put. Moving on to foundation, if you want something LONG-lasting, the Smashbox Studio Skin Full Coverage 24 Hour Foundation is for you. It’s full coverage and matte! If you’ve been around for awhile, you know my absolute favorite concealer is the Tarte Shape Tape Concealer…it’s SO good. Full coverage, hardly creases and lasts all day! I’ve been hooked on the Urban Decay All Nighter Waterproof Setting Powder, it locks everything in place!
To add some dimension to the skin, the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow palette has been a favorite of mine. It’s a perfect duo for a variety of skin tones. I don’t usually wear eyeliner, but if I do, I’ve been reaching for the Pixi Endless Silky Waterproof Pencil, it comes in different shades and works SO well on the waterline. I didn’t share a lip product, because I haven’t been reaching for anything other than lip balm, wearing a mask makes it hard to wear lipstick.
