So I’ve been doing this series now since October, and thankfully everyone has seemed to love it so far…and so have I, although they take FOREVER to put together. What I’m trying to get at is that since October I’ve NEVER had a hard time finding pieces that were extremely similar in both straight and plus sizes…until this post! These posts already take long enough and this one took almost twice as long…while some pieces are almost identical, some are not…so I hope you guys enjoy this post and get some inspiration!
And don’t forget, if you come across a picture on Pinterest of an outfit you like, but it leads to nothing — feel free to email it to me! I’ll be happy to put together some outfits together for you — I always try to keep it affordable!
How cute and simple is this outfit?! Although it’s simple, it took me the longest to put together because I wasn’t giving up on finding a kimono (or cardigan…kind of hard to tell what this is exactly) similar to the model…alas, I failed and couldn’t come close (actually the one in the widget is the closest I could find.)
I figured this outfit was going to be a tough one…but it surprisingly wasn’t! I was able to find quite a few pairs of pants that were floral printed like the one above! Everything about this outfit screams girly and feminine!
I was super bummed that I couldn’t find a skirt like the models — but this pretty pink one above has a similar style and shape. Instead of the mint green pops of color, I opted for a periwinkle blue — love the combination of the two soft colors. This would be a wonderful look for Easter!
That wraps it up for today’s post! I hope you found some new pieces to add to your closet, or give you some inspiration for future shopping trips.
